Vendors are not receiving emails
Two of my vendors are not receiving emails from the RFQ system? I have phoned them and they say that there is nothing in their inbox or junk folders? Is there anything that can be done?

Do you have a method to check those messages on your network? IE a spam filter that will show you if the message was delivered?

Yes but that won't help as the emails are sent from the spiceworks servers.

After speaking with Eric, one of our suppliers missed the email but the other had to add rfq@spiceworks.com to there anti-spam whitelist. Once this was done wverything worked perfectly. Thanks again.
